All our Abayas are proudly designed and manufactured in-house by skilled artisans with years of experience. We focus on fine details, quality fabric, and timeless styles.
Do you offer custom sizing or stitching?
Yes! We offer customized sizing on selected designs. If you need a specific size or minor adjustments, just reach out to our team on Instagram DMs or WhatsApp through before placing your order.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply choose your favorite abaya, select the size, and proceed to checkout. You can also message us on Instagram or WhatsApp for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Online Payments at the time of order confirmation within Pakistan.
Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide. From major cities to remote areas, we aim to get your abaya to your doorstep safely and promptly.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Currently, we are only delivering within Pakistan. But stay tuned! International shipping is Coming Soon.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. For customized orders, please allow a few extra days.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for sizing issues or defects reported within 2 days of receiving the order. Customized pieces and worn items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so please contact us if you face any issues.
